On the lower ground floor there is a cool bar area with funky purple kitchen adjacent to a top of the range black and white pool table – great fun for all ages. Sliding doors open into a plush state of the art cinema room complete with a 65” TV and a 13ft wide projection screen – the room is fully equipped with Sky TV, XBox, DVD player and surround sound system. Despite being on the lower ground floor, this space is light and airy as it benefits from triple sliding, floor to ceiling, glass doors which lead out onto a large patio area – perfect for basketball & other outdoor games.

In addition, there is a gym kitted out with cross trainer, static bike, Pilates ball and free weights (to help keep you on top of your fitness regime!)

The open plan living space is designed to ensure that all of our guests can spread out and enjoy the comfort of a calm, bright area for cooking, dining and relaxing in. The double height dining area has a designer Italian glass table with seating for 10 people and stunning contemporary glass chandelier. Sliding glass doors run the length of the living space and provide direct access to the top patio area overlooking the pool.

The fully equipped kitchen centres around a large island with bar stools lining one side. There is easy access to the shaded outdoor barbecue and dining area.
